Griffin: One and a Half Days Old

Here he is. He sleeps so much so this was a rare occasion to see his eyes. I think he looks a lot like his sister did. Thank you to everyone for the nice comments on the previous post. I am doing well and taking it easy. My Mom and sister came over to visit for a few days. Yay! Sterling is a huge help as well as his parents. They are making this too easy for me but I'll take it. So far so good, but I'm not so naive as to think that it will remain easy. This is just the beginning... But I sure do love that little boy. Just looking at him makes me feel more complete. He truly is a part of our family.

And Then There Were Four

Baby Griffin was born today at 8:41 PM. He is 20 inches long and weighs 8 lbs. 11 ounces. Kierstin did a great job. Once she started pushing he was out in half an hour!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Momma and her Mesha. We also got Mesha a little box of candy but it didn't hold a candle to the balloons. She LOVED them. Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

Fun With Cousins

We had lots of fun with our Washington cousins. Two words: crazy animals.

A tea party. What a cute idea huh? What a good Grandma and Aunt! What cute cousins!

Can you believe they all sat still long enough to get a picture?

Aquarium

While on the other side of the state, Grandma and Grandpa took Mesha to the aquarium.

She loved the "petting zoo" but mostly because she liked to splash in the water. She did get a pretty good hold of a little sea creature. Poor thing, I think it was traumatized.

Mesha the orange octopus.

This is a giant sea otter carving. Mesha liked it if you can't tell.

As well as the bronze river otter statue.

Thank you Grandma, Grandpa, Aunties, and Uncles for all the fun. We miss you guys already! BUT we will see you soon (hint hint little boy...)!

38 Weeks

This is a little late (I am 39 weeks tomorrow), but you get the idea.

Cheerios

Well the good news is she is independent and gets her own snack when she is hungry. The bad news is now you have to watch out for carpet lint when you pour yourself a bowl.
Mesha and I are now at Grandma and Grandpa's house safe and sound. No airplane deliveries for me. Now all we need is to get our Daddy up here. I just sent my Dad down to fetch him for me. :) They should be here later this week. Yay! I miss all you Californians. Thank you for all the love!
