Spring Arts Fest

Mesha performed at her school's spring arts fest. It was pretty cute. Some of the songs brought me back to days when young cousin Cameron sang them!

In theses videos Mesha is in front of her teacher who is wearing a light green shirt.  Also, listen for Griffin laughing in the first one, he thought it was pretty funny!

Here is a cute Anya video we took while we were in Charleston.
Honk!  Silly girl.

Blackmail

Griffin is always getting naked and peeing on things in public.  Sterling found him like this in the backyard the other day.  Can't say he's completely nude, he does have one sock on...

Yes, I will be using this as blackmail when he is in high school.

Spoiled Rotten

Did you know that my kids are spoiled rotten?  I can't help it, they are too cute.  This is what we spent Ster's yearly bonus on:
Like I said, spoiled rotten.  We still need to get some mulch but other than that the kids have been enjoying it.

There was a small 80's looking swing set in the backyard when we moved in.  It was broken in places and we threw most of it away but we kept a swing and the slide for little Anya.  (Yes, we have a random bar to hang this from in our yard...)  This is the perfect swing for her and the slide is a LOT slower than the new one.

Now if we could just get some grass to grow in the back yard...

Charleston

We went to Charleston, SC over an extended weekend.  What a beautiful place!  It was a lot of fun.

Getting some ice cream for being good while we browsed The Market.

At Waterfront Park.

We took a ferry over to Fort Sumter.

We found a playground to let the kids get their wiggles out at.

Easter!  Mr. Bunny hid eggs all over the hotel room.   It rained that morning so I declare a picture re-do sometime soon.

About 1/2 from Charleston is this tree called Angel Oak.  It is 300-400 years old and amazing!  We also saw some white squirrels!  Crazy, I tried to get a picture but was not successful.

On the porch of the visitor center at the Charles Pinckney National Historic Site.

We found a little beach to play on for a while.

Riding the trolley around town.

Enjoying White Point Garden at the tip of the peninsula by the battery.

Yes that is Griffin peeing in public.  Sigh.

I loved Charleston.  I want to go back!  It was so walkable and had so much stuff close together.  It didn't seem salty and humid like other seaside towns I've been to.  We had a great time.
