Cast

Here it is. I wish it could have been pink or purple but I could only choose from white, black or blue. So blue it is. Today marks a week since it was put on, only two more weeks to go. It is so hard to keep it dry and clean. I have a feeling she is going to stink by July 8th. I'm so glad she doesn't have to keep it on for very long. Especially in the summer time.
And here is a picture of Griffin eating a monkey because he is cute.

Tummy Time

Griff is getting so big. He will be 4 months old in a week! I can't believe it! Here are some pictures of tummy time, on a whale that is. I left my boppy in Spokane so good 'ol Neil filled in for it.
He looks just like his Daddy doesn't he?
And here is a little video of cute baby sounds. I love my Griffin aka Griff, G-West, G Swany, etc.

Snoqualmie Falls

I am a little behind on this post. A few weekends ago we went with my sister and her family to Snoqualmie Falls. Mesha thought it was pretty cool. Ster took her down to the river to see it up close while I tried to feed Griff a cold bottle at the lookout point (better than trying to breastfeed him at the lookout point eh?). Dad's have all the fun.

Yes thats right. She is in the baby backpack. She would try to get in the river if not.

The Mom and Mesha along with cousins Julia and Cameron.

Feeding Machine

This is what happens when I ask Sterling to feed the baby.

Broken

We all knew this day would come. Mesha broke her arm on Saturday. She was playing on a folding lawn chair and it tipped over. Her arm was on the bottom of the pig pile of her body and the chair. It took me a couple hours to be convinced it was something worse than a bad bruise. We took her into instacare and she screamed most of the time. She did NOT like people touching either arm so every exam room we entered and every doctor, nurse, or tech that approached her initiated another freak out. It took both Sterling and I to hold her down to get x rays and her splint put on. We have an appointment on Wednesday to get a cast put on. Until then I have to try to keep this cute little dino sling on. Having a broken arm hasn't slowed her down one bit. She is still climbing all over everything. I know accidents happen but I can't help feeling like the worst mom in the world. I almost cry every time I look at my tiny little girl in that sling. It's cute and the most pathetic thing at the same time.

"Say cheese"!

She loves the diosaurs.

Cousin Love

These two crack me up. They look like twins too. What cute girls.

We're Alive!

Yes, its true. Due to some technical difficulties I can't download any pictures just yet. Just know that we are alive and kicking and I will post as soon as I can!
