Mesha wanted an Angry Birds birthday.
It might look fine from a distance but this cake is not my best. I attempted fondant. Never again.
I made this. It was cheap and fun but it took so much TIME!
We opened presents first thing in the morning. Mesha got dress up clothes, a mermaid barbie, a little Nemo, a puzzle, and a book!
After lunch we ate our angry cake.
We all went a little hog wild.
We played dress up.
This is blackmail for future use, Griffin.
Even Anya got to play.
We went bowling again (all thing have to be the same, right?) This is "Duck pin Bowling". I totally recommend it for kids, they can pick up the balls!
I am blow away with the fact that I have a 5 year old. Mesha is a character. Here are some Mesha facts:
~She loves to paint, draw, cut, tape etc.
~She already lost 2 teeth by her 5th birthday.
~She loves animals and wants a cat!!
~She can't wait to start school in the fall.
~She loves "all colors".
~Her favorite food is Mac 'n Cheese.
~She is a cuddle bug and is always telling Sterling and I that she loves us.
~When she grows up she wants to be a mommy.
~She is a good helper and big sister.
~She is afraid of being left alone (she doesn't like to be in a room with the door shut even).
~She likes Littlest Pet Shop and My Little Ponies.
We love our Mesha, happy birthday love bug!

Your cake is amazing.
Looks like she had a great birthday. You did a good job with the cake. Fondant is a work in process and gets easier with time. This summer we will have to "play" with cakes and I can show you a few tricks. I love the angry birds theme....humm might use it for J's big day this summer.
