Thunder

We get frequent and sudden thunder storms here.  They are really cool.  We always go out on the balcony to watch.  Anya was being cute and snuggling up to me whenever thunder struck.

(Do you all have AC/DC stuck in your heads now? Me too.)

July the 4th

Put the emphasis on the "Ju" of July and use your best Southern accent.  "July the fourth!"  You got it.  We celebrated at our Stake's activity.

There were games and activities.

Face painting and temporary tattoos.

Griffin loved the fireworks.

Mesha did not listen but she did watch them this year.  It's progress.

Look Who's Walkin'

We have a walker (not the Texas Ranger kind).  She took her first steps a few days ago and she has been getting more and more confident since.  Look out world!

Tar Heel

Griffin the Tar Heel. We found this hat (in the trash, yes we are ghetto) and Griff loves it.  He calls it a conductor's hat but always wears it when he puts on his Puss in Boots costume (Sterling's dress shoes and belt and a piece of train track for a sword).  Cute boy.
